Mr. Heath was born in 1956 in Minnesota.  He received his B.A. in Political Science, Cum Laude, from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1983 and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1987. Mr. Heath was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar Association in 1987 and the California State Bar Association in 1988.

Mr. Heath worked for several Family Law offices including Turner, Cooper & Reynolds, Hughes & Associates and Jodeanne Barlow Farrel before branching off on his own in 1997.  With a focus on Family Law, Criminal Defense and DUI Defense, Mr. Heath has achieved recognition for his outstanding success.
